This Privacy Policy describes how GDKPrimeTech ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects user information in the AttendGo mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

A. Personally Identifiable Information

• Name, email address, phone number
• Employee ID / Company ID
• Password (securely hashed)
• Job title and role

B. Attendance & Location Data

• Check-in and check-out time and date
• GPS location captured only at the time of attendance action
• Device ID, OS version, device model

AttendGo does not track users continuously in the background. Location is captured only for attendance verification.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Attendance tracking and workforce management
• Security and fraud prevention
• Payroll and HR operations for the employer
• Notifications and service updates

3. Data Security

All data transmission uses SSL/TLS encryption. Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing algorithms.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only:

• With the employer/organization using AttendGo
• With trusted service providers (hosting, analytics)
• When legally required

5. Data Retention

Data is retained while the account is active. After account deletion, personal data is deleted or anonymized unless legally required otherwise.

6. User Rights

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their data. Account deletion can be performed directly from the AttendGo app.

7. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
